What We Do
Our fluid engineering division is responsible for servicing the total range of hydraulic and pneumatic engineering, manufacturing, and product sales from our workshops in Palmerston North, Auckland and Masterton. We have the capability and experience to service a wide range of industrial and mobile plants of all makes and have developed distinctive strengths in designing solutions to meet our customers’ unique needs. Recent projects include:
- Manufacturing hydraulic test rigs for the Air Forces new NH90 helicopters
- Designing and installing hydraulic systems for carrot harvesters
- Manufacturing hydraulically driven pile drivers
- Converting a power station to run via remote control
In addition we are an authorised Parker distributor of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and filters for industrial and mobile equipment. We can provide most other major lines of pumps, valves, motors, cylinders manifolds, adapters, gauges, seals, and much more.
We are specialists in custom hydraulic systems, from complete system evaluation, design, and fabrication, through to installation. We can also update your old system to the latest technology.
When it comes to hydraulic repairs, products and services include: troubleshooting, rebuilding, and fabrication for all makes of cylinders, pumps, valves and motors etc. We run a 24 hour on-site callout service so that when a breakdown occurs, we get you up and running in the shortest possible down time.
